Our Founder

With expertise in training, consultancy, and operations management, John Wong specializes in driving improvement across the business value chain.

He uses Six Sigma, Lean, the Model for Improvement, and Design Thinking to optimize processes in engineering, finance, logistics, procurement, vendor management, and the interfaces between them. He is also an ASQ certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

John leverages his deep knowledge and skills in data engineering, analytics, and storytelling to transform data using Python, R, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI into actionable insights to drive successful, scalable, and sustainable growth in organizations.

Having worked across manufacturing, healthcare, and health technology, John has achieved significant reductions in operational costs, customer touchpoints, and patient waiting times, as well as increase in resource utilization and order fulfilment.
